Aayushhi Siingh: Turning Struggle Into Social Change

For three years, Aayushhi Siingh lived a life familiar to countless young Indians—early mornings spent with books, late nights revising notes, and endless cycles of preparing for government exams. But despite her dedication, she faced more than a thousand job rejections, each echoing the same dismissive reason: “lack of experience.”

To many, this would have been the end of the road. For Aayushhi, it became the beginning of a new one.

Instead of waiting for an opportunity, she decided to create her own. She began upskilling herself, earning certifications in POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace), POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences), Corporate Soft Skills, and Emotional Intelligence. Every certificate became a stepping stone, every lesson a reminder that experience can be built — and purpose, discovered.

Today, that purpose stands tall in the form of two powerful initiatives she leads:

Counsels Cottage, an organization dedicated to women’s and children’s rights, and

IEPRO (Integrated Environment Planning & Research Organisation), an NGO she founded to promote environmental and health awareness.

What once felt like failure transformed into the foundation of her calling — empowering individuals through knowledge, advocacy, and empathy.

But the journey wasn’t a smooth ascension. Along the way, Aayushhi confronted her toughest opponent: self-doubt.

Was this new path worth the risk? Would her reinvention be recognized? Would her work find meaning?

These questions lingered silently, but her determination spoke louder.

Little by little, she learned that growth demands discomfort, courage demands risk, and purpose demands patience. Every challenge strengthened her resolve. Every milestone sharpened her vision. And with time, she realized she wasn’t simply chasing a career — she was building a legacy rooted in service and social transformation.

Amid her personal evolution, Aayushhi stepped into a completely new world — pageantry. What started as an exploration evolved into national recognition of International Queen of India 2024 and Mrs. Central India 2024 – 2nd Runner-Up organised by Peagent India Company.

These titles didn’t just adorn her résumé; they amplified her voice. Pageantry gave her a platform — a larger stage from which she could speak about women’s empowerment, gender rights, and social awareness. The crowns were symbolic, but the confidence they inspired was transformational.

With renewed clarity, Aayushhi channelled her capabilities into leadership. Her NGO (IEPRO) works tirelessly for environmental and health awareness, turning community concerns into sustainable initiatives. At Counsels Cottage, she leads conversations and training rooted in women’s and children’s rights, helping create safer, kinder, more informed spaces.

Alongside these efforts, she partnered with a colleague’s initiative, reinforcing her belief that meaningful change grows through collaboration.

Today, Aayushhi is celebrated as a Certified Professional Trainer, known for her impactful sessions on:

  • Workplace ethics
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Gender sensitivity
  • POSH & POCSO compliance
  • Corporate behavioral skills

Her workshops empower organizations to not only meet legal standards but to cultivate workplaces that are inclusive, aware, and progressive.

She doesn’t just teach — she transforms.

A thousand rejections once made her question her worth. Today, those rejections have become her greatest source of strength.

Through persistence, reinvention, and an unwavering belief in her purpose, Aayushhi Siingh has emerged as a voice for empowerment, a champion for rights, and an architect of social change. Her story is not just one of personal success — it is a reminder that sometimes the most meaningful journeys rise from the most painful beginnings.

And in choosing her own path, she is helping countless others find theirs.
