Ankita Singh: The Woman Who Found Healing Through Yoga and Dedicated Her Life to Helping Others

Ankita Singh’s life changed forever at the age of nineteen.

The loss of her mother left a void that words could scarcely describe. What followed was a period marked by grief, depression, and a quiet struggle with severe hormonal imbalances and irregular cycles-challenges she had never been taught to understand or manage. At a time when life felt uncertain and overwhelming, destiny introduced her to something that would reshape her future: Yoga.

In what she describes as a beautiful coincidence, her very first Yoga teacher shared the same name as her late mother-Suman. The connection felt deeply personal. More importantly, that mentor encouraged Ankita to look beyond physical postures and discover the deeper science of Yoga. What began as a search for healing soon evolved into a journey of profound transformation.

As Yoga became a part of her daily life, Ankita noticed remarkable changes. The practice brought mental clarity, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of purpose. It helped her overcome self-doubt and sharpen her focus, enabling her to clear her ICWA examinations on the very first attempt. Her academic success opened doors to outstanding career opportunities, securing the highest package during campus placements. Along the way, Yoga also taught her to trust her intuition-guiding her toward meaningful relationships and eventually leading her to her life partner.

Yet the most significant victories happened beyond the classroom and corporate boardroom. Through disciplined practice and a science-backed approach to wellness, Ankita successfully reversed her PCOS, conceived naturally, and experienced a normal delivery. Yoga had not simply improved her health-it had restored her confidence, strength, and sense of control over her life.

Her corporate journey appeared almost effortless from the outside. Over a decade-long career, opportunities consistently came her way, and she found success wherever she chose to work. But comfort and achievement were not enough. Deep within, she felt called toward a greater purpose.

That purpose led her to make a bold decision-leaving behind the predictability of corporate finance to pursue Yoga Therapy full-time.

The transition proved far more challenging than any corporate role she had ever undertaken.

The obstacle was not a lack of knowledge or skill. It was changing mindsets.

Working closely with women, Ankita realized a painful truth: many had been conditioned to place everyone else’s needs above their own. Partners, children, parents, and families often came first, while personal health was pushed to the bottom of the priority list. Conditions such as painful periods, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, and back pain had become so normalized that countless women simply accepted them as inevitable.

Convincing women that healing was possible became one of her greatest challenges. Out of every hundred inquiries she received, only a handful were truly willing to commit to transforming their health. Pregnancy often inspired urgency and commitment, but areas such as infertility recovery, hormonal wellness, and postnatal healing continued to be overlooked.

At the same time, she witnessed Yoga becoming increasingly commercialized. Trend-driven interpretations and celebrity endorsements often overshadowed its authentic, science-backed foundations. For Ankita, restoring that authenticity became a mission.

Over time, she accepted that she could not change everyone. But she no longer measures success by the number of people she reaches.

Instead, she focuses on transforming the lives of the women who are ready to invest in themselves.

Her vision is simple yet powerful: if she can positively impact even one percent of women across India and the world, she will have fulfilled her purpose.

Today, Ankita's achievements reflect both personal determination and professional excellence. Earning the prestigious CMA title stands as a symbol of years of academic dedication and corporate capability. As a Yoga Therapist, she has helped women navigate hormonal disorders, fertility challenges, pregnancy, and motherhood with greater confidence and strength. She takes immense pride in maintaining a zero-miscarriage track record among the mothers she has personally guided through therapeutic fertility and prenatal wellness programs.

Her entrepreneurial aspirations have also taken shape through Bindwithyoga, her wellness studio in Jaipur, where she continues to create meaningful change in women's lives. Through collaborations with leading wellness and consumer brands, she has expanded the reach of her philosophy, bringing evidence-based Yoga practices to a wider audience.

Looking ahead, Ankita envisions far more than a successful business. She sees a global sanctuary dedicated to women's wellness-a place where healing, education, and empowerment come together to create healthier generations.

What began as a young woman's search for healing after unimaginable loss has evolved into a mission that touches countless lives. And through every woman she helps reclaim her health and confidence, Ankita Singh continues to prove that sometimes our deepest pain becomes the foundation of our greatest purpose.
