Life challenged her again in 2008 when she met with a devastating accident that resulted in three fractures and surgery. Her leg, shoulder, and hand were severely injured during peak wedding season. Yet even in that painful period, the catering commitments continued without compromise. Supported by her husband and loyal staff, every order was executed flawlessly.
