She started reimagining career evolution as something much larger than securing a job-it was about helping individuals understand themselves and create a life they genuinely wanted.

In the initial years, Dr. Mamta encountered judgment, criticism, and underestimation from people within her professional community. Her decision to pursue her entrepreneurial ambitions despite having a financially secure family environment also invited resistance.

As a woman managing the responsibilities of a homemaker, mother, and founder, she found herself confronting expectations that often demanded her availability around the clock. The pressure to fulfil domestic responsibilities while building a business created emotional and financial challenges.

Her aspirations beyond academics were also questioned. Pursuing pageantry and modelling while maintaining an academic career became another reason for people to judge her choices. Even her pageant achievements did not receive the celebration she had hoped for. Instead, she faced criticism for choosing to pursue her ambitions while being a mother.

But Dr. Mamta refused to define her identity through other people's approval.

Among the most difficult chapters of her entrepreneurial journey was a major digital setback. According to Dr. Mamta, a competitor hacked her system, resulting in the loss of important content and affecting the digital presence she had built through years of hard work.

Her social media accounts were also compromised, creating further difficulties for her business and professional identity.

At the same time, emotional challenges within her personal environment severely affected her finances. She also faced what she describes as attempts by a competitor to damage her career counselling business.

For a solopreneur, managing such circumstances without a large team or institutional backing can be overwhelming. Yet, she continued to move forward, drawing strength from her faith, determination, and the support of well-wishers.

Her journey through pageantry brought another difficult experience. While competing in Mrs. Tourism, she found herself isolated, without the connections or conversations that might have helped her through the competition. The unsuccessful attempt affected her finances and invited further criticism from those who had questioned her choices.

However, the setback did not become the final chapter of her story.

She returned her attention to her business, worked towards rebuilding it, and eventually received recognition for her professional efforts.

For Dr. Mamta, these experiences reinforced a belief that a person's journey should not be measured by a single outcome, but by the willingness to continue pursuing a meaningful purpose.

Education, Recognition, and the Power of Representation

Over the years, Dr. Mamta's work and public journey have brought her several opportunities for recognition and engagement.

She has been recognised by Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. She is also a recipient of the Nari Shakti Sammaan Award 2025.

Her journey has taken her to platforms such as Prathama Sammaan, while she has also spoken at Narayani Namah on News18 in Lucknow.

In 2025, she participated in Mrs. India, adding another dimension to her identity as an academic professional and entrepreneur.

For Dr. Mamta, these milestones represent more than personal accomplishments. They reflect her decision to pursue multiple aspirations without limiting herself to a single socially defined role.
