Juhi Shrivastav: From a Childhood Dream to the Pageant Stage

There are dreams we speak about freely, and then there are dreams we quietly carry for years-too precious, too intimidating, or sometimes too difficult to admit aloud.

For Juhi Shrivastav, becoming a beauty pageant winner was one such dream.

Growing up in a conservative family environment, Juhi never really found the courage to tell even herself that this was what she wanted from life. Yet somewhere within her was a persistent desire to build an identity that belonged entirely to her.

What drove her was not simply the glamour of a crown. It was the fear of becoming a nobody.

She wanted to reach a point where her name would speak for itself-a point where she would no longer need an introduction. And rather than merely wishing for that future, she decided she would work for it.

That decision eventually brought her into the world of pageantry.

The Dream That Found Its Moment

Juhi’s pageant journey began in 2023. Three years later, the dream that once existed only in the quiet corners of her imagination has become an important part of her identity.

But the journey to the pageant stage was far from straightforward.

After completing her MBA, Juhi chose not to take the conventional corporate route immediately. Instead, she prepared for the UPSC examinations while also working in teaching. Those years tested her in ways that went far beyond academics.

They were challenging financially, but the emotional weight was equally significant.

Eventually, Juhi made the difficult decision to let go of her UPSC plans. What followed was another challenge-returning to the job market after a considerable career gap.

Yet every difficult chapter taught her something.

Today, Juhi has built a stable career with a multinational company while continuing to pursue her passion for pageantry. Balancing two demanding worlds has become an achievement in itself, giving her both professional stability and a platform to pursue a dream she once struggled to acknowledge.

Faith Through the Uncertain Years

There was a belief that helped Juhi keep moving when the road ahead seemed unclear: everything would eventually be fine.

Her faith in God became a source of strength. She believes that God's plans are often better than the ones we create for ourselves and that difficult phases are sometimes simply part of a larger journey.

For her, uncertainty was never a reason to stop believing.

There was always light at the end of the tunnel.

Juhi also found inspiration in listening to Shivani Behen from Om Shanti, whose words reinforced her faith in destiny and the idea that certain things in life are meant to unfold at their own time.

She believes that some things may be pre-written, but achieving them still requires effort, discipline and the willingness to go through the grind.

Because dreams may have a destination, but the journey still demands everything you have.

Three Years, Several Milestones

Since entering the pageant world in 2023, Juhi has steadily created a portfolio of achievements that reflects her growing presence in the industry.

She became a Finalist at The International Glamour Project, followed by another finalist position at Taj Events and Productions.

Her journey then brought her to the Runner-up position at Perfect Miss of India, while she was also recognised as a Rising Star at Miss Cosmic Universe.

Alongside her pageant accomplishments stands another achievement she takes immense pride in—her Master’s in Business Management (MBA).

Together, these milestones represent two important sides of Juhi: the professionally driven woman and the pageant aspirant who continues to chase a childhood dream.

A Future Still Unwritten

Juhi prefers not to reveal too much about what comes next.

“Future plans are better not revealed,” she says with a hint of mystery.

But one plan she is willing to share is her desire to start her own YouTube channel, opening another space for her voice, personality and creativity.

Perhaps that is what makes Juhi’s journey particularly interesting.

The woman who once hesitated to admit her biggest dream to herself is now steadily building a life around it.

Her story is not about a crown alone. It is about identity, faith, career, ambition and the courage to finally say yes to a dream that was waiting patiently within her.

Three years into her pageant journey, Juhi Shrivastav is no longer wondering whether she belongs on the stage.

She is creating her own place on it.

And perhaps the most powerful part of her journey is that she has stopped waiting for an introduction.

She is becoming the introduction.
