Healing Bodies, Inspiring Minds: The Multifaceted Journey of Priti Kumari

Priti was once a software engineer, immersed in code, deadlines, and logic. But life, as it often does, nudged her onto a different path. During her pregnancy, she made the deeply personal decision to step away from her job—to slow down, to be present for her family, and to embrace motherhood fully. What seemed like a pause soon became a powerful turning point.

Health, fitness, and nutrition had always fascinated her. They were not passing interests but childhood curiosities that lingered patiently in the background. With courage and clarity, Priti chose to listen to that inner voice. She pursued a degree in Food and Nutrition, trained rigorously, and emerged as a Clinical Dietitian—later expanding her expertise with professional yoga training. Today, she works with reputed institutions such as Apollo Hospital, AAxis Hospital, and Aarogyam Fitness Clinic in Bangalore, helping people rebuild their health from the inside out.

Yet the journey was far from smooth.

In her early years as a dietitian, Priti often found herself emotionally stretched. Clients came to her carrying not just dietary concerns, but years of misinformation, body-image struggles, and emotional eating patterns. There were moments of doubt—days when she questioned whether she was doing enough, or doing it right. What carried her through was her commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and the quiet belief that healing doesn’t have to be instant to be meaningful. Progress, she learned, is powerful even when it is slow.

Just when life seemed full enough—with a demanding profession and the responsibilities of motherhood—Priti chose to challenge herself once more.

A childhood dream resurfaced: standing on a pageant stage.

Entering the world of pageantry as a mother and working professional was intimidating. Surrounded by women who appeared effortlessly glamorous and more experienced, self-doubt crept in. But Priti reminded herself why she began—not for validation, but to inspire. To show women, especially mothers, that dreams do not expire with age or responsibility. Discipline replaced fear, authenticity replaced comparison, and perseverance replaced hesitation.

In 2024, she was crowned Mrs. India Karnataka Winner, followed by the title of Forever Mrs. India Karnataka Winner (National). In 2025, she went on to become the SK Universe India International Brand Ambassador. For Priti, these weren’t just crowns or sashes—they were symbols of resilience, self-belief, and staying true to one’s values.

Balancing multiple identities—a mother, a clinical dietitian, a yoga therapist, and a pageant winner—was one of her greatest challenges. There were days of exhaustion, moments of overwhelm, and quiet self-questioning. What helped her through was organization, unwavering family support, faith, and a constant return to her “why.” One step at a time, she kept moving forward.

Her journey has been recognized widely. Priti is a National Award Winner 2024 (SK Asia Excellence Award), recipient of the Women Super Achiever Award (Golden Aim Awards), Expert Women Doctor 2024 (Aatmanirbhar Bharat Gaurav Award), and Indian Glory Award for Clinical Nutrition Research Excellence. She also serves as a Global Brand Ambassador for AIAAAEF, Brand Ambassador for Piyu Production, and has been honored as a Pageant Groomer and Trainer—training and mentoring contestants for Mr/Miss/Mrs Gujarat 2025 and serving as a celebrity jury for Mr/Miss/Mrs Jharkhand Fashion Show 2025.

Despite the accolades, Priti defines success simply: not by the absence of struggle, but by the refusal to give up.

Looking ahead, her vision is clear. As a dietitian, she aims to educate people about sustainable, evidence-based nutrition. As a yoga therapist, she hopes to promote holistic wellness—blending food, mindfulness, and movement. And as a pageant winner, she wants to continue using her platform to remind women everywhere that confidence, courage, and grace can rewrite any story.

Priti Kumari’s journey is not about perfection. It is about faith and the quiet power of believing in yourself—especially when the road gets tough.
