Rrashie Parashar: From Personal Grief to Empowering 11,000+ People

At just 15, Rrashie Parashar experienced a loss that changed the way she looked at life forever. Losing her father at such a young age left her with emotions she could not yet fully understand and questions she did not know how to answer. Three years later, the loss of her grandmother deepened that search, pushing her to look beyond grief and explore the deeper dimensions of life, emotions, energy, and human connection.

She began searching for answers.

What started as an attempt to understand her own grief gradually introduced Rrashie to spirituality and healing. She began exploring different practices, reading, learning, and looking inward. At the same time, her curiosity about psychology and human behaviour grew. She wanted to understand what happens beneath the surface of our experiences-why certain patterns repeat, why some experiences remain with us for years, and why we sometimes respond to situations without fully understanding our own reactions.

The deeper she went, the more she realised that her learning was changing not only her relationship with herself, but also the way she understood other people.

Eventually, people began approaching her with their own stories, struggles, relationships, and emotional experiences. What had begun as a personal search slowly became meaningful work. Rrashie never set out to build a career in this field. She was simply a young girl trying to understand loss and make sense of life. Over time, that search became her profession-and eventually, her purpose.

Today, Rrashie works at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, consciousness, and human potential. Her connection with this work remains deeply personal because she understands what it means to search for answers when you are not even sure what questions you should be asking.

When Everything Had to Be Rebuilt

One of the most difficult phases of Rrashie’s professional journey came in 2020, when she lost her Instagram account, which had around 80,000 followers.

For an outsider, it could have appeared to be nothing more than the loss of a social media account. For Rrashie, however, it represented years of work-building a community, creating content, connecting with people, and establishing her professional presence. Losing it overnight felt like losing years of effort.

It shook her.

For a while, she did not know how to begin again. Eventually, she realised she had a choice: remain focused on what was lost or rebuild.

She chose to rebuild.

That experience also changed the way she viewed the rapidly growing healing industry. As more people entered the space, Rrashie noticed an increasing amount of noise, misinformation, and fear-based practices. She encountered situations where people were made to believe that something was wrong with them, that they had negative energies, curses, or blocks, or that someone else was needed to fix their lives.

For Rrashie, that approach never felt right.

People who seek healing are often already vulnerable. She believes they need clarity and awareness rather than greater fear. This became an important foundation for the kind of professional she wanted to become. Her goal was never to make people dependent on her. Instead, she wanted them to understand themselves better and feel empowered to take responsibility for their own lives.

So she returned to learning, continued questioning and evolving, and committed herself to her own inner work while rebuilding professionally.

In the process, she discovered an important truth: she had lost her platform, but she had not lost the knowledge, experience, or purpose she had built within herself.

This time, she was not simply interested in rebuilding an audience.

She wanted to build trust.

Choosing Awareness Over Fear

Building a career in spirituality and healing brought another set of challenges. When Rrashie began, these subjects were not discussed as openly as they are today, and many people questioned whether such work could become a serious professional path. Later, as the industry expanded, the challenge shifted. With information everywhere, it became increasingly difficult for people to distinguish responsible work from marketing and genuine guidance from fear-based messaging.

This strengthened Rrashie’s conviction about what healing should mean.

For her, healing should help people understand themselves. It should offer awareness and tools for self-understanding rather than create fear or dependency.

She has also experienced periods of self-doubt-moments when she questioned whether she was doing enough, whether she was on the right path, or whether she needed to change herself to fit industry expectations.

Learning and inner work helped her move through those phases. Gradually, she stopped comparing her journey with what others were doing and became clearer about what she wanted her work to represent.

Perhaps the most important lesson was responsibility.

When someone trusts a professional with their emotions, experiences, and inner world, that trust has to be handled with care.

That principle remains central to Rrashie’s work.

A Vision Beyond Individual Sessions

Rrashie’s future vision extends far beyond expanding her practice or reaching more people.

She wants to contribute to a broader change in the way society understands healing and spirituality.

She believes that fear has become too deeply connected with parts of the healing space. People can be made to believe that something is wrong with them, that someone has done something to them, or that an external person or ritual is required to solve their problems. Rrashie wants to challenge that mindset.

Her vision is to move people from fear to awareness.

Instead of repeatedly asking, “What is wrong with me?”, she wants people to ask deeper questions: What is happening within me? Where is it coming from? What pattern am I repeating? What lies at the root of what I am experiencing?

For Rrashie, genuine healing is about understanding ourselves deeply enough to recognise the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and experiences that may influence what we go through.

Education will be an important part of that vision. She believes that awareness can reduce vulnerability to fear and manipulation. She also hopes to continue bringing psychology, spirituality, consciousness, and human potential together in a grounded and responsible way-creating spaces where people can explore spirituality without being asked to blindly accept everything.

Ultimately, she hopes to create something that reaches beyond individual sessions and contributes to a larger cultural shift in how people view healing.

A journey that began with a teenager trying to understand her own grief has now become a mission to help others understand themselves before they become afraid of themselves.

Success Measured by Meaning

When asked to identify five achievements, Rrashie does not choose them simply for their numbers. She chooses milestones that represent the story behind her journey.

The first is perhaps the most personal: turning her own pain into her life’s work. The loss of her father at 15 and her grandmother three years later began a search that she never expected to become her career or purpose.

The second is the opportunity to build a community of more than 11,000 people she has worked with. For Rrashie, the number matters less than the trust represented by each individual who allowed her into deeply personal parts of their lives.

The third is training more than 5,000 students. Teaching has become one of the most fulfilling aspects of her work, particularly seeing people move from uncertainty towards confidence, understanding, and their own voice.

The fourth is rebuilding after losing her 80,000-plus-follower Instagram account. What initially felt like an enormous setback ultimately taught her that platforms and numbers can change, while knowledge, experience, and what a person builds within themselves remain.

The fifth is perhaps the achievement closest to her professional identity: remaining true to what she believes healing should be. In an industry where fear-based approaches can influence people, she has chosen awareness over fear, empowerment over dependency, and deeper understanding over quick solutions.

When Rrashie looks at these milestones, she does not see numbers first.

She sees a journey.

A journey that began with grief eventually opened the door to working with thousands of people, training thousands of students, and creating work that she believes can help people understand themselves more deeply.

And perhaps that is how Rrashie Parashar defines success-not simply by how far she has travelled, but by how much meaning she has found along the way.
